What gets blocked
Power-off attempts: with device-administrator rights, the app intercepts shutdown attempts while the guard is armed. The phone stays on and the alarm keeps sounding.
Airplane mode: blocked via the accessibility service, so the phone cannot be cut off from the network silently.
Wi-Fi and mobile data toggles: blocked the same way, keeping the phone reachable for your built-in tracker.
How to enable it
Grant device-administrator rights during setup and keep them granted; revoking the admin disables the whole protection layer. Test it yourself: arm the guard, then long-press power. On our test phones the shutdown menu never appeared while armed.

Can a thief force-shutdown with hardware buttons?
A long hardware forced reboot can still restart most phones; the protection covers the software shutdown path, which is what thieves try first.
Does this drain extra battery?
No measurable difference in our tests. The blocks are event-driven, not polling.
Will it block my own shutdown?
Disarm the guard with your code first, then the phone shuts down normally.
